Frank Lanford Sr. is the president and founder of Lanford Construction and has been around construction and carpentry his entire life. Prior to starting Lanford Construction, he was the superintendent of building track housing at Huntsville Roofing Company for fourteen years. He started Lanford in 1964.
Steve Lanford is one of Frank Sr.'s sons and is also the construction manager over all projects at Lanford. He worked for his dad prior to going to college, then received his bachelor's degree in Building Science from Auburn University in 1980. He worked at Gentrac for 7 years as chief estimator and project manager over projects that ranged from $50,000 to $4 million. He came back to Lanford in 1988.
Frank Lanford, Jr. is Frank Sr.'s oldest son and is project manager of commercial projects. He has been working with his dad at Lanford for 32 years.
Susie Hardy is the office manager. She has been with the company for 8 years. When you call the office, her voice is normally the first one you will hear.
